333's regular venue is Annapolis Friends Meeting, 351 DuBois Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401.
Online Ticket Sales: For 2020, we will be offering online sales of advance tickets for some shows. While we still make the majority of our admission sales at the door, we are glad to provide the online option (especially since it's currently the only way to buy admission with a credit card). Online advance tickets cost $11.00 and are available via our Brown Paper Tickets page.
Prices at the door for our regular shows:
General admission: $12.00
Discounted admission: $10.00
Discounted admission applies to Students, Senior Citizens (65+), and ATDS or affiliate (FSGW, BFMS, CDSS) members.
Any caregiver (e.g. nurse or attendant) attending to the needs of a paying customer is admitted free, as are credentialed members of the press.
333 accepts cash, and checks (made out to ATDS). (In a pinch we can do PayPal, but we cannot currently accept credit cards.)
Why Is 333 So Inexpensive?
Maintaining an affordable admission price has long been one of our guiding principles; we see the financial accessibility of the shows as a key ingredient in our community-building.
In order to balance this with compensating our performers as well as we can, we collect "Artist Appreciation" donations during the evening. If you, as a patron, feel that the concert you have enjoyed was worth more than what you paid to get in, you can make a cash donation, which will go straight to the featured performers at the end of the night - 333 does not take a cut. (The effect is similar to the sliding-scale admissions used by many other non-profit venues.) Judging by the level of Artist Appreciation many of our performers receive, our audiences often feel that they are getting more than their money's worth from the admission they pay.
It's also worth mentioning that 333 is an all-volunteer operation with low fixed costs.
